About the function
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and driven recruiter.
In this role, you are the connecting factor between companies and candidates. You work with passion for both people and results. You are the driving force behind bringing in new candidates, introducing them to clients and maintaining strong relationships.
You are business-like but know how to use your skills to make the right connection with people. Not only do you convince, but you are also a master at matching our candidates' needs seamlessly.
You write our vacancies in Dutch/English and possibly Polish as well as in other languages.

What we need
- You have a good command of the Dutch language but in addition you speak English. Polish is an advantage.

- You have a dose of positivity.
