Figures don't lie, there are more than 11 million jobs at the moment and that is a record. There are currently 133 jobs available for every 100 unemployed people. Unemployment is slowly falling and jobs are still being created. The vacancies at temporary employment agencies have never experienced such growth in 25 years. Well, acceptance is an option, we have to move on.

Chances?
We think so, you have to stay positive and come up with creative solutions. The most important thing is to remain visible, both to clients and potential candidates.

Should we shout as loud as possible to get noticed?
No, better not, we don't like that either.
